I like it but....

I have had this app for about a year now an I have never had anything bad to say about it. But, until recently when I updated the app. Before there was a " help desk" that you could go to and email the app creators about your issues; that feature is no longer there to my knowledge. So, thats why Im writing a review hoping someone from the Trebel company will see this and fix the problems Ive been having with the app. The problems that Ive been having is I am unable to successfully download an album in particular (Lana Del Reys Lust for Life). A little pop up comes up say the file was unable to successfully download. If you guys could fix this little bug that would be great but other than that I love the app and Im happy to have found it.
